Jellycat Email Response to Lack of Stock

Thank you for contacting us and sharing this feedback, we really appreciate it and understand how you are feeling.

Independent stores that offer a luxury experience to customers have always been the backbone of our business and we like to work closely with them. This year we are strengthening our partnerships with over 1,200 independent retailers across the UK, with various service upgrades and a new regional support team to make sure they have the best possible Jellycat ranges for customers.

Unfortunately, we can’t give this level of support and supply to every retailer who wants to stock Jellycat and have had to review relationships with a few stores. We’re very grateful for their historic support and wish them all the best for the future.
