Google Sheets Mailshake Integration
To integrate Google Sheets with Mailshake, you currently have to use third-party connection apps like Zapier or Make.com. MyEmailTools is currently working on an add-on that can connect your Google Sheets to your Mailshake campaigns directly. We will share an update here once it goes live.
Using Zapier
- Log in to your Zapier account.
- Create a new Zap in Zapier and select Google Sheets as your trigger app
- Choose the trigger event "Add Spreadsheet Row" or "New Spreadsheet Row" to detect new data in your sheet
- Connect your Google Sheets account and select the specific spreadsheet and sheet you want to monitor.
- Add/connect Mailshake as your action app and select the Mailshake campaign that will receive the data from the spreadsheets
- Map your Google Sheets columns to Mailshake fields: link the email column to the email field, the full name column to the name field, and any custom columns to their corresponding text replacement fields.
- If you encounter mapping errors, double-check that the column headers in your sheet match the data types expected by Mailshake (e.g., valid email format).
- Click "Finish" to name your Zap (e.g., "Google Sheets to Mailshake") and turn it on to start automating.
NOTE: MyEmailTools is currently working on an add-on that can connect your Google Sheets to your Mailshake seamlessly. We will share an update here once it goes live.
Using Make.com
- Open Make.com and create a new scenario, then add Google Sheets as the first module.
- Select the "Watch Rows" operation to monitor your spreadsheet for new entries.
- Add Mailshake as the second module and choose the "Add a recipient to a campaign" action.
- Authenticate both accounts and map the data fields between Google Sheets and Mailshake just like in Zapier.
- Test the scenario and publish it to activate the automation.
Google Sheets Integration Benefits
Connecting Google Sheets with Mailshake allows you to automatically add new leads from your spreadsheet directly into your email campaigns without manual copying. You can, for example, collect subscribers with Google Forms, move them to your spreadsheet, and then move them to Google Sheets.
