We're splitting your order. After receiving our inventory for Silver Elite and emailing you an update yesterday, we ended up short on inventory for a small number of boxes. And, unfortunately, your box was one of the impacted orders. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. This is not the experience you've come to expect from BOTM, and we are committed to making it right.

Because you ordered Silver Elite as an add-on, we're going to split your shipment. We'll send out your May main selection and any other add-ons you ordered tomorrow, and then we'll send a separate shipment containing Silver Elite in the first week of June. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your box is sent. Please disregard Silver Elite showing up in the confirmation email, as it will not yet be sent.
